Welcome to the Declarations facility on our web site.

This area enables you (the Customer) to inform us (the DSA) of goods and materials that you wish to be resold or disposed of via this website.

When registering we need to gather some information about you and your organisation so that we can establish a Customer Service Agreement (CSA) with you.
Once the CSA is signed we will send you an email confirming that you can use the site. Access will be granted for a fixed period, typically one year, but this will depend on your circumstances.

Registration is a one-time process that will give you access to the declarations area so you will not have to do it for subsequent visits.

Once access has been granted, you will be able to fill in various online forms to give us enough information to process your disposal request. With this information we will arrange for the appropriate DSA Contractor to contact you about handling your request. This should be within a week (or as specified in the CSA).
