The Disposals Services Authority (“DSA”), part of the Defence Equipment
& Support organisation of the UK’s of the Ministry of Defence, operates
a Privacy Policy which applies to all data and information collected by

with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute in relation to this Privacy
